Vidian C. Mallard is a partner with the law firm of Freeman & Mallard, LLC  

Mr. Mallard was born in Ft. Myers, Florida, on March 19, 1969, and grew up in Bonita Springs, Florida. Mr. Mallard attended college at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and received a Bachelor of Science from the Business School in Marketing in 1991. 

After graduation, Mr. Mallard pursued a career in restaurant management until deciding to enter the practice of law. Mr. Mallard attended Stetson University College of Law, graduating Cum Laude and receiving his J.D. in 1996. While in law school, Mr. Mallard was selected to complete an internship with the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida with Chief Judge The Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovochavich. 

Upon graduation from Stetson Law School, Mr. Mallard was offered a position at the law firm of Seipp, Flick & Kissane in Miami, Florida. Mr. Mallard worked at Seipp, Flick, & Kissane for over four years and specialized in Products Liability Litigation, Premises Liability Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Worker's Compensation Litigation.  Mr. Mallard then accepted a position with the firm of Ford & Sinclair in September 2001 where he became a partner in the firm that became known as Ford, Dean & Mallard in April 2005.  In January 2008, Mr. Mallard started the firm of Freeman & Mallard, LLC with attorney, Dean Freeman. 

Mr. Mallard is admitted to practice before the Florida Circuit Courts, U.S. District Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.  He has litigated and tried cases in both State and Federal Courts in Florida.  Mr. Mallard is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.  

Mr. Mallard has successfully obtained over $50 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. His practice includes Nursing Home, Assisted Living Facility and Home Health Care Negligence/Abuse; Medical Malpractice; Legal Malpractice; Product Liability; Personal Injury; Slip and Fall Accidents; Sexual Molestation; Automobile, Trucking and Boating Accidents; and Wrongful Death.
